Abstract

|
Three patients of pancreatoduodenal carcinoma who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy in Chonnam University Hospital are presented. One was survived for 7 months postoperatively, and two others are living and well for 18 and 25 months respectively. Clinical finding and current surgical management of the pancreaticoduodenal carcinomas are described with a review of pertinent literature.
